I'm Lead Gameplay Programmer, so my job is to sort of spec out different tasks on the way to the milestones that we want to hit and then work with production to schedule those out and get all the engineers on the gameplay side working on those tasks to get to the target. I would say my job's pretty great because I have an incredibly good engineering team backing me up as well as Mark Storch and the Platform Services team and Ash Thoth, who's kept all of our builds and everything working.[3]
